Baseball recruiting guidance.

SUFS Recruiting is a recruiting practice led by an active high school coach — built for the families that the $4,000 retainer and $2,000/month platforms leave behind. One call to start. A real coach on the line for the whole ride.

How it works
A real coach, for the whole process — without the consultant fee.
The recruiting market is built around families who can write a check for $4,000. SUFS Recruiting is built around the families who can’t. Same advice, same coach, same follow-through — priced for the reality of a high school baseball budget.
Real coach, not a platform
1 coachGuidance from someone who actually coaches.
Your point of contact is an active high school coach — not a recruiter-turned-vendor, not a content writer with a template library. The advice is the same advice given to athletes inside a program.
Pay what it’s worth
$99→ you decideNo contract. No preset price. No judgment.
Every engagement starts at $99 for the strategy call. After your recruiting journey is done, you decide what the help was worth — and that’s what you pay. The model is meant for families who can’t absorb a $4,000 retainer.
On call for the whole process
No cap on outreachQuestions keep coming. So do we.
After the strategy call, the coach stays reachable by phone, text, or email for every question that comes up — formatting the email to a coach, picking the right showcase, handling a late offer. No limits on how often.
The 9-inning plan
What you actually get, inning by inning.
A baseball game has nine innings. A recruiting cycle has roughly nine phases. The plan we build on the strategy call covers all of them — and the coach stays available to call every inning.
Inning 1
The $99 strategy call
A working session — not a sales pitch. We map where you are now, what level you can realistically play at, and what the next 12 months need to look like. You walk away with a written recruiting plan.
Inning 2
Target school list
A short, honest list of programs that fit — divided into realistic, reach, and safety tiers, with the program-specific reason each one made the cut. Not a spreadsheet of every D1 school.
Inning 3
Film review & cut plan
We look at your existing footage, flag what to re-shoot, and put together a tight 90-second highlight that coaches will actually finish. We tell you what’s hurting the tape, not just what’s working.
Inning 4
Outreach cadence
A concrete schedule of who you email, when, and what to say — broken down by coach, by month, and by response. We ghost-write the first message so it doesn’t read like every other recruiting email.
Inning 5
Camp selection
Which showcases are worth the money, which are a black hole, and which one an actual college coach has hinted they’re attending. We steer you toward the right room — not the most expensive room.
Inning 6
Communication coaching
How to respond when a coach calls. When to follow up, when to stop. What to put in a text vs. an email. The whole etiquette layer that nobody teaches and that costs families offers.
Inning 7
In-person workout (local)
For athletes nearby, an in-person workout paired with a written scouting report you can hand to college coaches. Same lens a college coach would use — honest, specific, and usable.
Final inning
Offer handling & decision
When the calls start coming in: how to compare, when to commit, how to handle a coach who goes quiet, and how to negotiate a scholarship offer without burning the relationship.
Pay what it’s worth
One upfront number. One number you choose at the end.
The model is plain on purpose. You don’t negotiate on price mid-process. You don’t get a surprise invoice. When your recruiting journey is finished — committed, decided to walk on, or chose to stop — you decide what the help was worth, and that is what you pay.

The coach
Active high school coach. Not a recruiter in a sales seat.
The practice is run by a coach who lives inside a high school baseball program every day — running tryouts, building schedules, talking to college coaches on the phone, watching film on the same players SUFS Recruiting advises. The advice is the advice the coach gives inside the program, with the same eye, offered to families who don’t have a coach in the house willing to do it for free.
